Rustop Inc. was established in 1992 as a division of Schmidt's Collision & Glass, a locally owned and operated automobile collision and glass repair facility in Western New York that began operation in 1927. Our decision to expand into automobile corrosion protection was to assist consumers with protecting their vehicles against WNY's harsh winters, extreme temperatures, massive doses of road salt and wet weather conditions that, when combined, cause the Northeast to be a major rust belt.
Over the past twenty five years, our Rustop product has been protecting vehicles in Erie and Niagara counties against rust. Since Rustop has proven to be an effective and cost- effective way to control rust, we have decided to expand our product into the retail, fleet, and industrial markets.
We are also actively seeking qualified individuals interested in becoming a member of our team through the opportunity to own/operate a Rustop Corrosion Control center. Our centers are carefully selected to ensure that our customers receive the quality and excellent customer service they deserve.
