Even though automotive manufacturer's have been improving on the way vehicles are built, their efforts are not nearly enough to battle the damages caused by rust due to moisture, humidity, tons of road salt and the other airborne pollutants that can cause the rapid deterioration of your automobile. Especially here in Western New York, where we experience harsh winters and the change of seasons.
To protect your vehicle against corrosion our unique rust proofing formula is a yearly, oil based treatment for both new and used cards. Sprayed under extreme high pressure, our product constantly "creeps" and "crawls" coating, penetrating, and displacing existing moisture in every bit of your car's body, including the tight seams and crevices where rust starts...the places sealant rust proofing can't reach.
Rustop may be applied in any weather condition, any time of the year - Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter.
What is Enviro RS-100?
Enviro RS-100 is an environmentally safe oil based product that is a highly effective rust proofing product that has been tested and refined to protect and maintain all types of vehicles against the damaging effects of corrosion.
How does it work?
Applied as a high-pressured spray, Rustop protets your vehicle's most critical areas by penetrating, displacing existing moisture and forming a protective barrier to the many vulnerable crevices found in today's vehicles.

Do you drill any holes?
Rustop dealers will use all the existing holes provided by the manufacturer, however, certain critical areas cannot be accessed without drilling. To avoid the consequences of drilling, Rustop dealers will use a special drill bit that will not heat up the metal area. Once the area has been treated we protect every hole by applying a special protective product and esthetic plastic caps.
How long does the treatment last?
We strongly recommend that the Rustop Enviro RS-100 product be applied on an annual basis. Rustop contains active ingredients that will continue to protect your vehicle for over one year, however, since vehicles are subject to road abrasives during the winter months and other aggressive conditions, Enviro RS-100 should be reapplied annually for optimum protection.
My car is already showing signs of rust, will your treatment work?
Enviro RS-100 will not repair existing rust but it will slow down its progress considerably.
Do you offer a warranty?
Rustop will issue a warranty certificate to vehicles less than 1 year old that have been inspected and approved by one of our authorized dealers.
What do you warranty?
Our warranty covers the front and rear fender panels, the doors, the rocker panels, the hood, the trunk lid, back panel and the underside of the vehicle. If any of these treated areas develops rust from the inside of the panel out, we will repair the damaged area free of charge. Our warranty is renewable annually forever, as long as the vehicle is re-sprayed each year. The warranty can also be transferred to a new owner.
Will my new car warranty be void?
Rustop does not void new car warranties.
Do you clean the underside of my car first?
If necessary, Rustop centers will remove any accumulations of dirt under your fenders and in other sensitive areas before the vehicle is treated.
Can you treat my new car when it's wet?
Enviro RS-100 displaces moisture and can be applied in any season.
Does your product drip?
Enviro RS-100 was designed not to drip; only the excess product will drip up to 48 hours following the application.
When can I wash my car?
We recommend that you do not wash your vehicle for a period of 48 hours. Within 7 days, we recommend washing with warm water and detergent. Use scrubbing action with a soft cloth. An automobile car wash is acceptable.
What if my vehicle is involved in an accident?
If your vehicle in involved in an accident, you must contact your Rustop center within 14 days for re-application to the damaged area of your vehicle. This re-application will be done at a nominal charge to the owner. Please keep in mind, if you have utilized insurance for your accident, inform the insurance company that your vehicle has had rustproofing applied. You may have to show your Rustop proof of purchase to receive payment for your claim. In the event that the Rustop center, in its discretion, considers the damage extensive or the repairs inferior, it may cancel this warranty in part or in full. Failure to reapply the Rustop product in these circumstances voids this warranty. Courtesy inspections are available at no charge.
